Important Notice Regarding Asteron
KiwiSaver Scheme
The KiwiSaver market is currently experiencing consolidation, and after careful
consideration, Asteron has made the decision to enable Asteron KiwiSaver Scheme
members to transfer to another specialist KiwiSaver provider, and to wind up the Asteron
KiwiSaver Scheme as at 31 May 2010.
Your KiwiSaver investment will be transferred to another specialist provider of your choice
where it will continue as part of the normal KiwiSaver scheme open to New Zealanders.
What do you need to do if you are an Asteron KiwiSaver Scheme member?

You need to select a new KiwiSaver provider. Inland Revenue will allocate you to a
default KiwiSaver scheme if you do not select a new KiwiSaver provider.

The decision about your new provider is completely up to you - you can choose
where your investment is transferred to.

However to assist you in making this decision, we have analysed the market
options available to you and we have arranged with an existing KiwiSaver provider
with very similar funds to the Asteron KiwiSaver Scheme to be made available to
you. This is the Grosvenor KiwiSaver Scheme.
The Asteron KiwiSaver Scheme has continued to progress soundly over the past year and
our decision to exit the market is not related to performance.
